Do I own my domain name?
100%. Your domain is your property. We’ll walk you through the 2-minute setup to make sure it’s registered to your email and your card. You own the keys; we’re just the mechanics who keep the engine tuned. If you ever decide to move on, you take your name and the website with you
What if I already have a website?
The short answer: We can plug our system into it, but we won't touch the "plumbing" of the website itself.
Think of it like being asked to fix a boiler that someone else has already bodged - it’s usually more trouble than it’s worth. While we can connect things like the missed-call text-back to your current website, we can’t guarantee you’ll get the full "Google-ready" speed or ranking benefits. We don't take ownership of other people's code, so if your old website breaks, we can't be the ones to fix it
Our Advice: It’s much cleaner, for both of us, to just let us build a fresh, high-performance website from scratch. It’s included in the setup anyway, and it ensures everything works perfectly together
I'm not a QuickBooks person - does this still work?
Short answer: Yes, we can usually make it work with Xero or other major tools Our Advice: Think of it like a standard vs. a custom fitting. Our system is already "plumbed in" for QuickBooks - that’s why it’s included in your monthly price. If you want to stick with a different software, we may need to build a custom "bridge" to get them talking to each other. If there’s an extra setup cost or a connection fee for that, we’ll just let you know upfront. No surprises, no hidden fees
How much work do I actually have to do?
The Short Answer: About 15 minutes with our initial conversation when you sign-up to our service, and then you just focus on the jobs. You will be using our app on your phone, it is very intuitive like many apps if you are friendly with technology. If not, we have video and text resources available teaching you everything you need to know Your current daily routine probably looks something like this: Right now, you’re probably running a "double shift." You work on-site all day, handling client calls while on a job, then come home to a second job: chasing invoices, manually texting customers, hunting for reviews, and fighting with a calculator. The door is always open if you decide to plug the engine back in later, but please keep in mind that we clean up our servers every 90 days. If you return after 90 days, you will be starting from scratch, meaning you will have to pay the set-up fee again. If you come back within the 90 days, we simply resume the retainer fee
